ATKNSN RETURNS POLICY

You may returnany product purchased from our Website (www://atknsn.com/) within 7 days of the delivery date for refund subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. You must notify us by email to support@atknsn.zendesk.com within 3 days of delivery that you wish to return the product to us.

2. The product must be unopened and returned in its original packaging with all the accessories, manuals and registration card(if any).

3. In the event that the product has been opened and used and found to be incompatible with the application for which it was purchased, a request for a refund can be made and we may consider it on a case by case basis at our discretion. Any refund agreed will be in the form of a store credit only and subject to inspection as detailed in clause 10.Where possible all shipping packaging shall be reused, however we acknowledge that the shipping packaging may have been opened and may not be reusable.

4. If you do not return the product in the same shipping packaging, you shall ensure that the product is suitably packaged for shipping. We shall not issue a refund to you if the product is damaged during shipping as a result of unsuitable packaging being used.

5. You shall be responsible for all costs associated with packaging and shipping the products back to us.

6. Products should be returned to: Flojer Integrated FZE Office Suite 707, Customs Building, Electricity Road, P O Box 330980, Nakheel, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

7. On receipt, the products will be inspected and we will email you to notify you that we have received the product.

8. We will notify you of our approval or rejection of the refund. If the refund is approved, we will reimburse the cost of the product excluding any shipping costs. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment, normally within 14 business days.

9. If the original packaging is incomplete or the product damaged or scratched no refund will be made.

10. If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and the product not defective, carefully used, with no visible scratches or marks observed, a re-stocking fee of 20 percent will be deducted from the original purchase price while making the refund. The refund will be in the form of a store credit only.

11. Only regular priced items may be returned; sale items cannot be returned.

12. If the product returned has any data or information stored in the memory or storage device, we will not be responsible for the transfer of such data or information to another product, or for the loss of any data or information still residing on the returned product.

13. If you haven’t received your refund within 14 business days please first contact your bank or credit card company to check the status of the refund. If you have still not received your refund please contact us at support@atknsn.zendesk.com.

14. We will act in accordance with the above policies and our decision will be treated as a final decision.
